Bonjour, je suis Alfred, le maître de maison. Venez profiter de ce lieu où confort et nature se rencontrent pour une expérience inoubliable. Ici, chaque moment est une invitation à se détendre et à se reconnecter, que ce soit dans notre jacuzzi niché au cœur des toits ou lors d'une pause réconfortante dans notre sauna infrarouge.

Que vous souhaitiez vous promener dans les sentiers verdoyants du Pays de Herve ou découvrir les activités locales, chaque journée promet son lot de découvertes. A quelques kilomètres également des frontières allemandes et hollandaises, c’est un pied-à-terre idéal pour explorer Aix-la-Chapelle ou Maastricht.

The KINDADOM can welcome 2 to 3 families, or 6 adults and 8 children.

To reach your second-floor apartment, you can use the elevator. Inside, there's an easy-to-use staircase separating the living area from the bedroom and terrace.
When you get here, you will have:
- Bed sheets
- Bath towels (one large and one small per person)
- 2 bathrobes
- Senseo coffee machine with ten pads (Charles Liégeois)
- teapots and teas
- Kitchen utensils including food blender, toaster, kettle
- Dishwashing product
- 2 dish towels

- 1 dishwashing rag
- 1 raclette machine for 2 people
- A hairdryer
The premises are not at all suitable for the movement of animals within the holiday home. These are therefore not allowed.
The nearest station is Welkenraedt. The bus line serving the region is the 710. The nearest bus stop "Montzen Cité", is located exactly 1km from the holiday home.
Even if I would like to be able to favour this mode of transport, I must admit that it is not particularly easy.
